AUDITS CONDUCTED USING iAUDITOR

iAuditor allows workers to conduct audits and in real-time quickly evaluate safety and quality.

We can complete inspections from anywhere on any mobile or tablet device and our teams all use this tool generating detailed inspections and risk assessment reports allowing us a valuable insight into field works and allowing us to fix problems faster.

Using this tool we are able to manage our inspection and reporting procedures helping us towards the goal of 100% Health and Safety compliance.

We encourage our teams to complete self-audits and regularly invite collaborations on safety issues, encourage all feedback and suggestions every member of the Connek team as well as our clients.

PROWORKFLOW

Connek utilises ProWorkflow which is a cloud-based project management and time tracking software.

Using this application we are able to manage our task management, timesheets, templates, notifications and alerts, file sharing, workflow management, contact management, reporting and resource management to ensure the smooth running of our Projects.

We have captured the data of every accreditation held by our workforce, all insurances, IDs, Vehicle registrations and gas detector calibrations dates. Expiry alerts are followed up by our Operations Support well before expiry of the document. This ensures our field staff are always 100% compliant, tools and
equipment are tagged and maintained and all insurances are up to date.

Planning

Our technical consultants carry out high-level planning at the start of each project, and conduct continuous assessment throughout project phase. We ensure that we have the right people, resources, methodologies, and supporting tools in place for each planning phase, so that we can deliver the project on time, on budget, and to appropriate quality standards.

Communication

Connek understands that communication is a vital component to ensure business continuity across team members, the project board, the different stakeholders within the business, and relevant third parties. Connek holds regular teams meetings and submits daily/weekly/month reports to prevent inadequate communication and known frequent problem area for projects.
